search_record 接口
- 定义：
int _stdcall search_record(const char *camera_id, SYSTEMTIME start_time, SYSTEMTIME end_time, int status, RECORD_SEARCH_RESULT **result);
- 参数：
camera_id：[in]，摄像机ID
start_time: [in]，在此时间之后的录像
end_time: [in]，在此时间之前的录像
status: [in]，发生过的警报，为0表示此参数无效
result: [out]，查询结果
- 返回：
如果操作成功，返回>0,表示查询到录像的个数，否则代表失败。
- 说明：
查询已完成录像。
